We
believe in giving back!
Aromaland’s desire to be a small part of change
for our planet reaches deep into the Amazon Rainforest
of Peru. We lend our hand in the struggle for
a single village of Shipibo Indians to revive
the tribal “Aneshiati” ritual. This ritual is
rich in songs, chants, dances drinks and ceramics.
Missionaries had banned the “Aneshiati”. This
village called Junin Pablo.
Junin Pablo is featured in a film by Willem Maltzen
called “Shipibo Konibo – A Rite of Passage”. Aromaland’s
contributions include buying the boat featured
in the village.
We continue to support this project with a percentage
of profits from our Rainforest Botanicals brand
going to the Shipibo village. |
